1. Feeding mechanism: The feeding speed is controlled by the size of the cylinder feeding port. There is a suction port at the feeding port, and the material flows into the packaging bag by gravity.
2. Electrical box
External signals and sensor signals are transmitted to the electrical box, which controls the size of the feeding port and the opening and closing of the cylinder through a programmed process.
3、 Working process:
Place the valve packaging bag on the feeding nozzle, press the "allow to add" button, and the bag pressing cylinder will start working and press the bag mouth. The controller will automatically remove the weight of the packaging bag, and the feeding port will be opened larger to quickly pour the material into the bag. The dust that overflows with the air in the bag will be sucked away by the dust collector through the dust collector. When the feeding speed reaches the set value, the feeding port will be closed to slow down and add slowly. When the set value is reached, the feeding port will be closed. The error is less than 0.3%. At this point, the bag pressing cylinder releases the bag opening. Send the packaging bag to the belt conveyor in a timely manner.
